the location was fine. the proximity to attractions was acceptable.
my room was really tiny. i think they lied about the size in the description. it felt more like a closet than a proper room. also, the ac made this horrible rattling noise all night. it kept me awake.

Really good experience near Galata
cute staff ideal location adequate space
The staff was exceedingly cute. I appreciated their readiness to assist. location is a Gem, ideal for accessing public transport and nearby attractions. the room was tidy.
Sound isolation COULD be better. Sounds from the street were slightly audible.

excellent location easy access comfortable room non-functional fridge awkward plug uncomfortable experience
The location was great (right near everything!). It offered easy access to the Galata Tower and the funicular. This funicular connected directly to the T1 tram, which accesses major sites. The room was very comfortable. It included all modern conveniences.
The fridge did not work. Staff said it was "normal" for it to be warm, which didn't sound right. I thought no fridge should ever be at room temperature! I found the placement of the only usable plug awkward. It was behind the top of the bed, requiring me to pull the bed out to charge my phone.

Acceptable stay with some issues
small room street noise
The room I got was quite small. It felt smaller than advertised. the street outside was noisy (i could hear traffic all night). The noise really impacted my sleep. I found it hard to relax because of this constant disturbance and I would have liked better soundproofing.

The location is prime. EVERYTHING is so close. The staff were friendly and spoke English WELL. The room I had was more than adequate for my needs. Check-in was smooth, and I was offered complimentary water and coffee.
The mini-bar pricing felt a little too high (just a tad).

The staff were always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. Reception is open 24/7, a HUGE plus. They helped with taxi arrangements upon check-out, showing genuine care.

I appreciate the good location. It was easy to reach many places of interest. I liked the closeness to public transport. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful.
