The location is prime. EVERYTHING is so close. The staff were friendly and spoke English WELL. The room I had was more than adequate for my needs. Check-in was smooth, and I was offered complimentary water and coffee.
The mini-bar pricing felt a little too high (just a tad).

The staff were always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. Reception is open 24/7, a HUGE plus. They helped with taxi arrangements upon check-out, showing genuine care.

I appreciate the good location. It was easy to reach many places of interest. I liked the closeness to public transport. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was small. The ventilation was noisy.
